My WODs

On this WOD page I will try and periodically post up the WODs that I have completed, & the time I completed the WOD in.  I will also note specifics about the WOD such as did I complete the WOD as prescribed (RX’d), what I liked or didn’t like about the WOD and/or my general thoughts about the WOD.  I do log my WODs daily in a WOD book.
