		<description><![CDATA[Chocolate Chip Cookies by Elana&#039;s Pantry

2 ½ cups blanched almond flour *
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup agave nectar
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
Mix wet ingredients into dry
Form ½ 1-inch balls and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes
Cool and serve
Makes 24 cookies]]></description>

3 to 4 rips bananas, smashed
1/3 cup grapeseed oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup dried cranberries (find them without High fructose corn syrup!)

Preheat oven to 350.  Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.  Mix in the egg, vanilla, then spices.  Sprinkle baking soda &amp; salt over the mixture and mix in.  Add the flour, mix.  Add cranberries &amp; stir until incorporated.  Pour mixture in muffin tin lined with muffin liners.  Bake for about 20-25 min.]]></description>

2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 eggs
pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 375.  Put coconut oil &amp; honey in microwave safe bowl &amp; heat for 30 seconds.  Mix all ingredients together except the nuts until smooth.  Pour batter into a 9 x 13 and sprinkle  pecans on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is slightly firm.]]></description>
